Mayan Medio

The ancient Mayans of modern day southern Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize, were a civilization treasured for its temples, shrines, palaces, and the development of astronomy and the calendar system.  Only coffee with a rich varietal flavour and bright acidity deserves to share its name. 

Mayan Medio is a medium roasted coffee made with Mexican Chiapas region beans.  Each sip of this medium roast will feel like a night gazing at the stars in the warm Mexican climate.
