Detroit Shadow coffee starts with Colombia Supremo beans grown 1200 to 2000 meters above sea level, picked at their peak freshness, washed and sundried, giving it a medium body and bright acidity.  This 100% Arabica coffee is dark roasted until smooth, flavourful, and boldly complex.  For the coffee lover, Detroit Shadow is the perfect cup.
