Call of the Loon

Call of the Loon, like the uber Canadian bird itself, is a smooth and uniquely cool dark roast coffee made from Costa Rican Tarrazu Rainforest Alliance coffee beans.  Nearly all Tarrazu coffee is Strictly High Grown (STG), meaning it is grown at an elevation higher than 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level.  The higher elevation results in a longer time for the bean to mature, giving it more time to develop its signature deep body and complex aroma.
