The prehispanic Aztec Empire made home in the Valley of Mexico, formed of a confederation of city-states that influenced language, food, architecture, and customs across the region.

Made from 100% Arabica coffee beans grown in Chiapas in southern Mexico, Aztec Dark has all of Mayan Medio's rich varietal flavour and bright acidity with the slight smokiness and heavier body of a dark roast.
